This privacy policy applies to the FaithTrack mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") created by Vertex Pro as a Free app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The Application does not require users to create an account to access its core features. However, to provide stability, support in-app purchases, and display advertisements, the Application utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

In case of an error or crash in the Application, data and information (through third-party products) may be collected on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Application when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics. This is used solely to improve application performance.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat)
When you purchase a subscription (Annual) or a lifetime license (Forever) within the Application, the transaction is processed securely via Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate your subscription status. We do not collect or store your financial data, credit card numbers, or bank account details. All payment processing is strictly handled by Google.
4. Device Permissions
To provide its core utility, the Application requires access to specific device hardware:
Device Sensors (Orientation/Magnetometer): Used strictly locally on your device to drive the spiritual compass feature. This orientation data is processed in real-time and is never transmitted or stored on any server.
Notifications: Used to trigger local notification reminders for fasting and prayer moments based on your local preferences.
5. Advertising
The free version of the Application displays advertisements served via Google AdMob. These third-party ad networks may use anonymous identifiers and cookies to serve ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android system settings or upgrade to the premium version of the Application for a completely ad-free experience.
6. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our systems.
